Even with just Evita's free basic version your life will already be much easier. Your personal medical data and documents are stored safely in one place and can be called up on-line at all times. Managing several health records in one account means that you can protect your entire family in one single file. Additionally, you can store digital copies of identity cards, passports, tickets and reservations - a great advantage when travelling.

 

Evita contains the following areas and functions:

• Personal data: you can enter your master data and manage your access rights here.
• Healthcare data: Enter your blood group, allergies, medication. Enter the contact details of your treating doctors. Register the diagnoses and treatments as well as your vital signs such as blood pressure/pulse and weight/BMI.
• Emergency contacts: who should be informed if something happens to you?
• Travel documents:  Upload copies of your travel tickets, reservations and identity cards to Evita – extremely useful when you have lost something whilst on holiday. For every entry in your personal health record (including travel documents)you can upload related documents (up to 10MB each document) in your personal health record.

 

Do you want to print your personal health record? No problem. Simply use the integrated function to select the data which should appear on the printout and the PDF will be created ready to print or save.

 

In spring 2012 we will upgrade Evita with the premium version, Evita Plus. Evita Plus will be equipped with more functions than the free Evita basic version. At the moment, however, you can only register for one single version – the subscription version is named Evita Plus. But do not worry: once Evita Plus is launched, we will inform you in good time for you to decide whether you would like to use Evita or Evita Plus. There is no risk involved in your registering now.
